The 9th National Scrabble Championship will be held at Simara in Bara

Jankari Nepal – Kartik 16 – The 9th National Scrabble Championship will be held at Simara.

The 9th National Scrabble Championship is going to be held in Bara. On the 17th and 18th of Kartik, the competition will be held at the Lotus Academy located in Simara.

The Scrabble game, which is known as word dictionary, has been gathering discussion all over the country. Although this game, which has been played by Westerners for about 90 years, came to Nepal in the year 2030, it was only about 10 years ago that Scrabble started to be played in Nepal.

140 students from 22 districts of the country will participate in the 9th National Scrabble Championship to be organized at an estimated cost of 9 lakhs. According to the organizers, the tournament will be officially opening ceremony on Kartik 17th and the match will be held on the 18th.

Various associations and 9 schools of Simara are partners in the competition, which is to be held in collaboration with JeetpurSimara sub-metropolitan city and organized by Lotus Academy.

The 20 best players in the 9th National Scrabble Championship to be held in Simara will get an opportunity to represent them in the Wespa Rated International Scrabble Competition on Magh 5 and 6.
